  20. Not sure what you are saying here... The ati11 will give you a snapshot 
  21. of the line conditions. You can use it during aconnection by escaping to 
  22. command mode or after the connection is dropped. You can also use aty11 
  23. while online and in command mode to see a list of transmission levels for 
  24. a list of frequencies (this can only be used while connected, it is empty 
  25. once you drop the connection).

  27. Your phone company does have equipment to test the line like you want and 
  28. you can request that test be done. It may end up costing you to do so, 
  29. however.
